Results Line

The Results Line gives you the freedom to access your own laboratory or other test results anytime you want, even if your physician's office is closed. To access your confidential results, simply:

• Call 574-239-6442 or 219-325-3850
  You may call 24 hours after lab work or diagnostic testing.
  
• When the system asks for your Patient ID, enter your Social Security number, then the # key.
  
• If your results are available, you will automatically hear a message from your physiciann's office explaining your results and providing any necessary instructions. You can even play back your message or listen to previous results.*
  

* You have 30 days to retrieve your messages after they've been posted on the system. Once you've heard a message, it will stay on the Results Line for an additional 10 days before being deleted.
