About our Practice

The physicians and nurse-midwives at Women's Reproductive Medicine are specialists in obstetrics and gynecology, high-risk obstetrics, infertility, general and minimally-invasive gynecologic surgery, hysterectomy alternatives and menopause management.

For your convenience, ultrasound, fetal monitoring, laboratory capabilities, colposcopy and biopsy services are offered on-site.

Nurse-midwifery is the independent management of women's health care, focusing particularly on pregnancy, childbirth, the postpartum period, care of the newborn, and the family planning and gynecological needs of women.

A certified nurse-midwife (CNM) practices within a health care system that provides for consultation, collaborative management or referral as indicated by the health status of the client. CNM practice is in accord with the Standards for the Practice of Nurse-Midwifery as defined by the American College of Nurse-Midwives.

For medical problems after regular office hours, please call our answering service at 574-647-1300. If it is a true emergency, call 911 or proceed to an emergency room where the physician on duty will begin treatment and notify us.
