Memorial Lighthouse Medical Imaging Center, a partnership between Memorial Health System and Radiology, Inc., provides comprehensive imaging services, including: diagnostic X-ray, CT, ultrasound, MRI, diagnostic imaging, digital mammography services, bone density testing and physical therapy services. From the moment you step inside, you are surrounded by serene images of Lake Michigan life. And while the imagery is relaxing, it's our caring staff that really makes all the difference.

Physical Therapy

Memorial Lighthouse is pleased to offer on-site Physical Therapy services at our Main Street Medical Group location. Our services are primarily outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, and we see patients for post-surgical rehab, muscular-skeletal pain (LBP, neck pain, shoulder pain), return to work rehabilitation, sports medicine injury rehabilitation, and vestibular and balance training. Physical Therapy hours of operation are: Monday-Thursday 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Friday's 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

The Memorial Lighthouse is adjacent to Main Street Medical Group and Med-Point Urgent Care Center, between Cleveland Road and University Drive in Granger. Just look for the three-story replica lighthouse! Evening and weekend hours are also available for your convenience.
