Memorial Lighthouse Imaging Center provides comprehensive imaging services, including: diagnostic X-ray, CT, ultrasound, MRI, diagnostic imaging, digital mammography services, bone density testing and physical therapy services. Physical Therapy

Memorial Lighthouse is pleased to offer on-site Physical Therapy services at our Main Street Medical Group location. Our services are primarily outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, and we see patients for post-surgical rehab, muscular-skeletal pain (LBP, neck pain, shoulder pain), return-to-work rehabilitation, sports medicine injury rehabilitation and vestibular and balance training. Physical Therapy hours of operation are: Monday-Thursday 7 a.m. - 6 p.m., Friday's 7 a.m. - 4 p.m.

The Memorial Lighthouse is adjacent to Main Street Medical Group and Med-Point24, between Cleveland Road and University Drive in Granger. Just look for the three-story replica lighthouse! Evening and weekend hours are also available for your convenience.
